Our shops offer a great selection of gifts, souvenirs, T-shirts, postcards, and books plus necessities like film and sunglasses. Check out our recycled goods too – they reflect our commitment to preserving and protecting the environment.

Try our delicious fudge, made fresh daily at 14,000 feet. And to get the most from your visit, let our helpful staff answer your questions about the Peak and area attractions.

• GIFT SHOP AT CRYSTAL RESERVOIR – One of your first stops on the way up the mountain. The shop’s large wooden beams and peaked ceilings give it a great, rustic feel. Summer season hours: 8 AM to 6 PM.

• GIFT SHOP AT GLEN COVE – This newly remodeled gift shop is in a historic structure midway up the Peak at 11,425 feet. Shop for gifts, have a snack and enjoy the scenery. Look carefully – you may see yellow bellied marmots among the rocks. Summer season hours: 9:30 AM to 7 PM.
   
• GIFT SHOP AT SUMMIT HOUSE – Shopping is more exhilarating at 14,110 feet – but the gift shop isn’t the only attraction here. The 360° views from the summit are simply amazing. There’s also a monument describing how Katharine Lee Bates was inspired to write the poem that became “America the Beautiful.” Summer season hours: 8 AM to 8 PM.
